Our special friend Mr Yiannis Flevaris congratulated Ben in Rhodes at the Thomas Sports Pub in Faliraki for his 206-mile ( 332km) nonstop Edinburgh Castle to Manchester Extreme Challenge Walk that he completed in 55 hours this July.
